3 glass fish broth

2 mackerel fillets

2 cloves of garlic

2 Art. l. lime juice

2 Art. l. vegetable oil

2 Art. l. soy sauce

1 Art. l. sugar

white pepper

salt

Add the sugar and soy sauce in a fish broth, salt.

Finely chop the garlic and fry it in butter until golden brown.

Enter into the broth and garlic fish, sliced, portioned pieces, add lime juice, pepper and simmer the soup for 15 minutes.

Before serving, sprinkle the soup with chopped herbs.
