Soup with fish and young cabbage
300 g walleye fish fillets or cod
300 g cabbage
5 bell peppers
1 parsley root
1 carrot
1 onions
1 bay leaves
? celery root
8 glass water
3 Art. l. vegetable oil
2 Art. l. flour

Coarsely chop the carrots, celery and parsley root, fill them with water, boil for 20 minutes, strain the resulting broth.
Cut into pieces a la carte fish fillets, pepper and salt, breaded in flour and fry in butter until tender.
Shred the cabbage into thin strips, add to the boiling vegetable broth, salt, add the fish, bay leaf, peppercorns, boil the soup for 10 minutes.
Before serving, sprinkle the soup with fish and young cabbage chopped herbs.
