The cabbage soup with fish
Ingredients:
300 g cabbage
300 g fish fillet
1 PCs carrots
1 PCs parsley root
1 PCs celery
1 onion - head
2 tbsp. wheat flour
what kind of flour should I choose? we'll show
2 l water
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
pepper, Bay leaves, to taste
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Roots and onions coarsely chop, cover with water and simmer for 20 minutes, then strain broth.
Fish fillets cut into 2-3 pieces per serving, salt and pepper, roll in flour and fry in butter.
The shred cabbage into strips, put in the boiling broth, salt, add pepper, Bay leaf, fish and simmer for 10 minutes.
When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
