Stuffed with fish (2)
Ingredients:
100 g cabbage
200 g leonella (fish fillet)
100 g pork
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. vodka
1 PCs onion
1 PCs egg
1 tsp. starch
3-4 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 glass the fish broth
ground black pepper and salt - to taste
dill, green onion, to taste
For meat fish and pork mince, add soy sauce, vodka, finely chopped onions, salt, pepper and mix.
Cabbage peel from the top of the leaves, cut the stalks, not cutting head. Rinse, dip in boiling water for 1-2 minutes, drain in a colander, cool. Then disassemble the lettuce into individual leaves.
On a cabbage leaf put a thin layer of stuffing and cover it with another sheet of paper. Slice the stuffed cabbage leaves squares, roll them in cornstarch, dip in beaten egg and fry in butter. Fried cabbage, pour the broth so that it covered them completely, and let it simmer under a lid until the complete evaporation of the liquid.
Ready-made cabbage rolls out onto a plate and sprinkle with finely chopped dill and green onions.
