Stuffed with fish meat
Ingredients:
1 kg cabbage
100 g boiled rice
10 g parsley and dill
2 PCs onion
the cream sauce
2 tbsp. butter
salt, ground black pepper - to taste
400 g fish (minced)
Prepared cabbage boil until soft in boiling salted water. The boiled leaves cut thickness in the part.
Onions finely chop and fry on the part of the oil.
Minced fish mixed with rice, fried onions, salt, pepper and mix.
On the prepared cabbage leaves lay the stuffing, wrap, giving the product a rectangular shape. Cabbage fry on both sides in butter, then pour sour cream sauce and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
Serve the cabbage rolls 2 pieces per serving, watering sauce in which they were stewed, and decorate with greens.
