Cabbage rolls stuffed with vegetables and egg
Ingredients:
250 g fresh cabbage
1-2 carrots - small size
1/2 parsley root - part
1/2 onions - part
1/2 turnip - part
10 g vegetable oil
1 tbsp. sour cream
1 PCs egg
Cabbage leaves simmered in a small amount of milk until soft.
Leaves stuff with a mixture of fried onions, carrots, turnip, parsley root and finely chopped hard-boiled eggs. Pour over cabbage rolls with sour cream and put in the oven.
When submitting to the table to refill formed during the quenching juice.
