Cabbage rolls with cabbage, carrots and pearl barley
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
200 g carrot
200 g onion
200 g pearl barley
50 g vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
Salt - to taste
Carrots and onions to clean, cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil. Cabbage chop, pour boiling water, leave the lid to cool, squeeze. Pearl barley pour two cups of water and leave to swell for 8-10 hours, add a tablespoon of vegetable oil and boil until tender, then mix with cabbage and saut vegetables, salt.
Putting cooked stuffing on the cabbage leaves, stuffed form, put in a saucepan, add sour cream and simmer over low heat, covered until tender.
