Stuffed with cabbage, rice and celery
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
200 g celery root
200 g onion
100 g figure
50 g vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
salt - to taste
The celery and peel the onion, chop and fry in vegetable oil. Cabbage notch, pour boiling water and stand under cover until cool, then squeeze. Wash rice, add boiling water and stand under cover until cool, drain in a sieve. Mix wrung cabbage, rice and browned vegetables and salt.
From the obtained meat, putting it on the cabbage leaves, to form the cabbage, put them in a saucepan with a thick bottom, pour the sour cream and simmer, covered until tender pas slow fire.
