Stuffed with rice, chives and eggs
Ingredients:
500 g cabbage
500 g chives
200 g figure
5 PCs egg
100 g carrot tops
50 g vegetable oil
200 g sour cream
salt - to taste
Chives and carrot tops are washed, chopped and propessional in vegetable oil. Wash rice, add boiling water and stand under cover until cool, drain in a sieve. Eggs boiled hard-boiled, peel and finely chop. Mix passerovannuyu greens, rice and eggs, salt and stacking the resulting meat in cabbage leaves, to form a cabbage. Put the cabbage in a saucepan, pour the cream and simmer, covered on low heat.
