Baked flounder in Italian
650 g flounder fillets
200 g cherry tomatoes
200 g leeks
2 Art. l. Caper
2 Art. l. olive oil
1 Art. l. marjoram
white pepper
salt
Fillet of flounder a la carte pieces, pepper and salt.
Cut the tomatoes in half, chop the leek slices, fry the vegetables for 5-10 minutes in butter, then add the capers and herbs, salt and warm.
Put in a greased form fish fillets, it put vegetables, bake at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
Before serving baked flounder in Italian is laid out on a dish and decorated with greenery.
