Shrimp with mushrooms and cauliflower
500 g cauliflower
300 g shrimp
300 g mushrooms
? onions
1 sweet pepper
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. soy sauce
To disassemble the cauliflower into florets.
Chop onion and peppers, mushrooms cut into small pieces.
Fry in butter first, the mushrooms, then shrimp, peppers, onions, cabbage.
Fried ingredients to combine, add the garlic, soy sauce, sugar and simmer for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Before serving, arrange greens.
