Trout with mushrooms and shrimp
1 kg trout
300 g mushrooms
150 g butter

100 g peeled shrimp
5 pieces of baton

It is very tender and extremely tasty Christmas meal will satisfy all guests and is perfectly decorate the Christmas table.
To cut the fish into fillets, removing the bones, cut into pieces, add salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, leave for half an hour.
Put the fish in a baking pan, add half of the chopped pieces of butter and bake.
Chop the mushrooms, shrimp peel, fry them in the remaining butter.
