Pasta with cream and mushrooms
400 g pasta
? glass cream
300 g ceps
100 g butter

50 g grated cheese
white pepper
Salt (to taste)
Slice the mushrooms and fry them in butter (2 tablespoons). Salt and pepper, reduce the heat and pour half of the cream and simmer until tender.
Cook the pasta, drain the water. Season with macaroni cheese, butter and hot cream, mix well. Share on warm plate, put the pasta on top of the mushrooms and place herbs.
