Pasta with mushrooms
300 g mushrooms
300 g horns
1 cucumber
1 onions
1 tbsp. cumin seeds
green onions
dill
2-3 tbsp. vegetable oil
black pepper
salt
Boil the pasta in salted water and drain them in a colander.
Wash and clean the mushrooms, chop them and fry in butter. Onion cut into half rings and fry in butter, combine the mushrooms, pepper and salt.
To the mushrooms and onions add the pasta, add the cumin seeds, stir.
Before serving, arrange the circles of cucumber, herbs and green onions.
