Summer salad with mushrooms
Required products:
400 g pasta
300 g marinated mushrooms
80 g Suluguni cheese or feta cheese
1 PCs carrots
1 onion - head
1 PCs peppers
1/2 PCs red hot pepper
5 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. herbs rosemary and parsley chopped -
2 green onions - pen
8 PCs black olives, pitted
ground black pepper
salt
Carrots cut into slices, onion - semirings, pepper finely chopped. Prepared vegetables lightly fried in part of the oil, add the vinegar, salt, pepper and heat for 15 minutes. Cool.
Pasta cooked in salted water. Drain the water the pasta to fill the rest of the butter, allow to cool and mix with steamed vegetables. Add greens, sliced mushrooms, chopped green onions and peppers. Add salt, pepper and stir.
When serving, sprinkle salad with crumbled cheese and chopped olives.
