Pasta salad with tomatoes, spinach and Feta cheese
400 g pasta
100 g feta cheese
50 g spinach
8 tomatoes
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 tbsp. marjoram
1 tbsp. Basil
salt
Boil the pasta in a saucepan with 3 litres of salted water and 2 tbsp. of oil until tender, then drain in a colander.
Circles cut tomatoes, feta - cubes.
Put the pasta in a salad bowl and mix with 2 tbsp. oil and herbs around to put mugs of tomatoes on them - leaves of fresh spinach and cheese.
Served pasta salad with tomatoes, spinach and Feta cheese in a cold or warm.
