Macaroni with tomato and cheese sauce
800 g tomato paste / tomato puree
600 g pasta "bows"
150 g feta cheese
30 ml olive oil
10 basil leaves
3 cloves garlic
1 tsp sugar
? tsp salt
Garlic cut into slices, fry in olive oil for a minute, add the tomato puree, diced feta, reduce heat to low, simmer about 20 minutes, add chopped basil for 2-3 minutes before the end of cooking.
Boil the pasta until tender in salted water.
Serve pasta with tomato-cheese sauce as follows: put the pasta on a plate, top generously put cooked sauce.
