Casserole Tuscan
250 g wide short pasta
250 g minced meat
250 g mozzarella cheese
4 tbsp. olive oil
1 onions
pepper to taste
1 tomato
100 g celery root
100 g grated Parmesan cheese
1 garlic clove
150 g cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. tomato paste
300 g broth
2 carrots
salt to taste
bunch Basil
Pasta to boil, set aside. Carrots, celery, onions and garlic are finely chopped and put in the oil. Add to the mixture of minced vegetables and simmer for 5 minutes, put the tomato paste, pour in the broth, salt, pepper, boiled down.
Tomato and mozzarella cut into circles. Stuff pasta prepared with minced meat, lay them in a greased form, on top lay the slices of tomato and mozzarella, sprinkle with herbs Basil. Dish sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Cheese chop crumbs, lightly beat eggs and pour mixture on top of cheese. Bake 40 minutes at 200C.
