Cod baked with cheese and tomatoes
800 g cod (4 fillets)
250 g small tomatoes
200 g mozzarella cheese or other
3 celery
3 garlic cloves
2 pod pepper
1 zucchini
1 lemon
4 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. tomato paste
greens
black pepper
salt
Sprinkle fillet of cod with lemon juice, pepper and salt.
Cut the tomatoes in half, diced peppers, cheese, zucchini, circles - celery.
3 tbsp. oil heat, add the chopped garlic, sweet pepper, zucchini, chopped parsley and celery, saut for 10 minutes, add the tomato paste, tomatoes, pepper and salt.
The baking pan to coat the remaining oil, put the prepared vegetables and fish, all sprinkled with cheese, bake at a temperature of 175 degrees 20 minutes
Before serving cod, baked with cheese and tomatoes, sprinkled with finely chopped greens.
