Baked chicken breast in an envelope with cheese and vegetables
250 g feta cheese
4 cloves of garlic
2 chicken breasts
2 onions
1 celery
1 sweet green pepper
1 sweet red pepper
6 Art. l. olive oil
2 h. l. oregano
ground black pepper

Cut into large cubes breasts, sprinkle with 1 tbsp olive oil, pepper and salt, then fry until golden brown, remove from heat.
Onions and celery cleaned and finely chop, chop the peppers into half rings, garlic, chop, fry all the vegetables with 2 tablespoons butter until softened.
Heat oven to 180 degrees, breast and vegetables divided into 4 equal portions.
Put chicken pieces on baking paper, sprinkle with oregano, put the vegetables on top, sprinkle with chopped into cubes 1.5 cm cheese, wrap the edges of the envelope.
Envelopes lay on a baking sheet, greased, sprinkle with water and bake for half an hour.
