500 g low-fat cottage cheese
50 g margarine
3 eggs
1 glass sugar
1 lemon
? glass semolina
1 Art. l. powdered sugar
1 h. l. wheat flour

Wipe the curd through a sieve, connect with whipped butter with sugar and eggs, with a mixture of semolina and flour, minced or grated lemon, mix thoroughly.
Form for pie baking grease, put the dough and cook the pie for 50 minutes at a temperature of 190-210 degrees.
Before serving semolina cake "Helena" smeared with butter and sprinkled with icing.
