1 kg sprouted beans

400 g smoked ham

2,5 l water

2,5 tsp. salt

1 tsp. black pepper

Ham should be taken as large as one piece.

Put the ham in a pan, pour water over high heat, bring to boil, add salt and pepper, put the beans, cook over moderate heat without a lid for about an hour until tender beans and remove the pan from the stove.

Ham to get, cut into strips.

Part of the broth from the pan, drain, 200 ml of liquid to leave.

Stir the chopped ham and beans, adding the broth, pepper and salt, a bit of heat.

Served smoked ham with green beans in a deep dish with broth.
