Salad with smoked mackerel and green beans

For this recipe you will need:

125 g green beans

500 g potato

350 g mackerel (smoked)

250 g tomatoes (small)

1 pcs. lettuce (head)

Refills: - olive oil - 6 tbsp

2 Art. l. white wine vinegar

1 Art. l. Dijon mustard

2 Art. l. dill (chopped)

Trim green beans. Boil small potatoes until tender and shift into a bowl. At the last minute add the beans in boiling water. Drain and rinse under running water. Add to the potatoes. Mash smoked mackerel and cut the tomatoes in half. Mix with other vegetables. Beat all the ingredients for the dressing and season to taste. Sever hands lettuce and divide by 4-m dishes. Top with potato salad and drizzle with dressing.
