Salad with mackerel (3)
Required Products:
200 g Hot smoked mackerel
4 pcs. potato
50 g lettuce
3 Art. l. olive oil
2 Art. l. chopped parsley
2 Art. l. chopped dill
1 Art. l. minced garlic
a mixture of five spices
salt
1. Fish butchered a clean fillet and cut into small lomtikami.2. Lettuce Wash, dry and tear into pieces.
3. Boil the potatoes in the skin, cool, peel and cut into slices.
4. For the sauce, combine butter with herbs, garlic, spices and salt, mix well.
5. Potatoes, lettuce and mackerel fillets out onto a plate, pour the sauce and complete with green onions.
