Salad of smoked mackerel with potatoes
Required products:
350 g smoked mackerel without skin
50 ml sunflower oil

450 g potatoes
25 g butter
4 celery - stalk finely chopped
3 tbsp. the root of grated horseradish with cream
150 g natural yoghurt
8 PCs tomatoes
ground black pepper
salt
Cook the potatoes until tender. A little cool, tubers cut into four pieces and pour oil.
Mackerel fillets cut into cubes. Then add the celery to the potatoes.
Mix grated horseradish root with yogurt. Season with salt and pepper, stir.
Before serving, place on lettuce leaves, arrange tomatoes and yogurt with horseradish.
