Salad with smoked mackerel
250 g mackerel smoked
2 salted or pickled cucumber
2 pod pepper
1 onions
mayonnaise
some mayonnaise to choose? we'll show
1 tbsp. mustard

1. Salt (or pickled) cucumbers to get out of the brine (pickle), Pat dry and cut into small cubes.
2. Onions cleaned, cut into cubes, put in a colander and pour over boiling water. Then put the onions in a bowl with sliced cucumbers. Pepper wash, remove seeds and cut the flesh into cubes. Add to other ingredients.
3. Mackerel peel the skin and bones, cut into pieces.
4. To put the pieces of mackerel in a bowl with the other ingredients. Mayonnaise, season to taste with salt and mustard, stir, put in a salad bowl and serve.
