Horse mackerel salad with beets

For this recipe you will need:

350 g horse mackerel (fillets)

1 pcs. beet (large)

2 pcs. apples

1 pcs. pickles

1/2 glass mayonnaise
some mayonnaise choose? we'll show

Salt - to taste

green onions (for decoration) - a little

Boil well washed fillet of horse mackerel in boiling salted water, remove from broth, cool and cut into small pieces. Beets wash brush, boil until soft, cool, peel and cut into small cubes. Just cut and pickles. Apples peeled, cored and grate with large holes.

Mix in a salad bowl of horse mackerel fillets, beets, apples, pickles and mayonnaise. Ready salad washed and sprinkled with chopped green onions.
