Mackerel (mackerel), baked with potatoes and milk
1 kg mackerel/horse mackerel
8-10 tubers potatoes
2 eggs
3/4 Cup milk

2 tbsp. butter

Fish wash, prepare, cut into pieces.
Peel the potatoes, wash until ready to boil in water and large cut into pieces.
Beat eggs with butter and milk.
Baking dish greased with oil, put the fish on it a layer to add potatoes, salt it, pour on top of the egg-milk mass, place in a preheated average temperature of the oven and bake until tender.
