Mackerel cheese
1 kg mackerel frozen
100 g cheese
? glass vegetable oil
2 tbsp. flour

To cut the fish into fillets, boneless, with skin, salt, portions cut pieces.
Per serving fish will go two piece between them to put plastic cheese and combine them with a toothpick.
Each portion breaded in flour and fry in a pan with butter on both sides.
Before serving mackerel cheese served salad or fried potatoes, toothpicks are removed.
