Herring in a fur coat
The salad is very tasty, although the recipe is not traditional. Herring undressed and cut into small pieces (I for convenience, take the fillets, but without any seasonings!). Boil the beets and labor in Crewe…Phnom grater. Then marinate it sprinkled with vinegar or lemon juice, but the main thing is not to overdo it, it is necessary that the beet was slightly tart. And again, if the beets are not sweet, add sugar!!! Apples need sweet and sour. It is advisable to clean them and also grate on a coarse grater. Onion cut into half rings and pour boiling water (went to the bitterness). Egg for decoration (mash with a fork and sprinkle on top of the finished salad).
In fact, the salad is the same layers. First spread a layer of onions, then apples, then beets and herring and again - onions, apples, beets. Apples and beets preferably gently squeeze out the juice. Mayonnaise coat through the layer, it's as you like, but on top of the beets grease required.
Decorate the egg, can, green onions, pomegranate. Bon appetit!!!
