750 g fungi

? glass vinegar

2/3 glass water

1 Art. l. sugar

1 Art. l. salt

? h. l. dried spices (to taste)

Boil prepared mushrooms until cooked, spread on sterilized jars.

Add the sugar water and salt, spices, stir and bring to a boil, boil the brine to simmer for 15-20 minutes, then add the vinegar, brine let cool slightly, then pour it on banks with mushrooms.

Further, banks should be closed with plastic lids and store in the cold.

These canned mushrooms "sour" will be an excellent snack on New Year's table and any other holiday.
