Mushrooms with sweet-sour filling
1 chopped carrots
1 finely chopped onion
grated horseradish
mushrooms
To prepare the filling:
1 l water
450 ml vinegar
6-7 bell peppers
2-3 bay leaves
1.5 Art. l. salt
1.5 Art. l. sugar
1 Art. l. mustard seeds
1 h. l. allspice
Washed and cleaned mushrooms boil in salted water for 5-7 minutes, adding a little citric acid. Allow the mushrooms to cool by placing them under cold water, then with spices decomposed into prepared jars.
Preparation of filling: add spices to the water, sugar and salt, bring to a boil, boil for 5 minutes, remove from heat, add the vinegar, stir, pour into jars with mushrooms, just roll up the banks, then sterilize them in hot water (1 liter - 30 minutes , 0.5 liters - 20 minutes).
