1 kg milk mushrooms

5 peas allspice

3 bay leaves

1 Art. l. vinegar

? h. l. citric acid

? h. l. cinnamon

Prepared mushrooms 5 minutes to boil in salted boiling water, to shift into a saucepan, add a little water, vinegar and spices.

Cook mushrooms over low heat, until they sink to the bottom of the pan, then spread out on mushrooms sterilized jars, adding citric acid.

Sterilize jars 0.5l 35 minutes, 1 liter - 40 minutes.

Cooked this recipe mushrooms admirably as self-starters on New Year's table, as well as in salads and soups.
