15-20 peas allspice
15 clove buds
5-10 bay leaves

Virtually every woman is trying to prepare for the winter mushrooms to decorate their New Year's table and used for preparation of various dishes. Make a note of this recipe marinade milk mushrooms.
Mushrooms, wash, peel, blanch in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, allow to cool under running cold water.
Place the mushrooms in a container, sprinkling spices and salt and leave for a few days, then put the mushrooms into sterilized jars, add spices and pour the hot marinade (vinegar essence plus water), roll up the jar and allow to cool at room temperature.
