1 kg mushrooms

1 l water

320 ml vinegar 9%

5-7 hot peppers

5 Laurel leaves

3-4 clove Bud

3 tbsp. salt

garlic (to taste)

cinnamon (to taste)

Mushrooms wash and clean, boil in salted water, then drain and arrange the mushrooms on sterilized banks.

Add water, spices and salt, bring to boil, boil the marinade for 20-30 minutes, let cool slightly, pour the vinegar, stir and pour the marinade over the banks with mushrooms, roll them and put in a cool place.
