Oyster mushrooms marinated
1 kg oyster
1-2 glass water
50-70 ml 30% vinegar
10 peas black pepper
2-3 bay leaves
1-2 onions
1 Art. l. salt
spices (to taste)
Marinated oyster mushrooms are suitable for the preparation of many dishes with mushrooms, can be used in the New Year salad or as a standalone snack.
Hats rinse under running cold water, fold in a colander, let drain water.
Cut the large caps, but better use for this recipe small.
Boil mushrooms 5-10 minutes, drain.
Separately 1-2 glasses of water boil with onions and spices, add at the end of cooking vinegar, cook the mushrooms in the marinade for 2-3 minutes.
Next canning is done as follows: marinated oyster mushrooms are put in sterilized jars with hot marinade, it should cover them.
Tightly plug the banks, cool and store in the cold marinated oyster mushrooms.
