What you need:

mushrooms (boletus)

In oil cut the lower part of the legs, the cap is removed from the skin.

Small mushrooms marinated whole, separate from the large cap on the legs, cut into pieces and marinate separately.

Prepared mushrooms are placed in a colander, dipped several times in cold water, allow it to drain and immediately dipped in boiling salted water. Cook for 7-10 minutes, then throws in a colander and washed with hot water.

Washed mushrooms pour hot marinade and cook until mushrooms are not yet settle to the bottom. Mushrooms shift in dry heated jars, filling them with 1 cm below the top of the neck. Pour the marinade, cool and tie with parchment paper.
