Sauted cauliflower
Ingredients:
400 g cauliflower
2 PCs eggs
1/2 glass cheese grated
200 g curd
salt - to taste
Cabbage disassemble into florets, boil, finely chop, mix it with eggs, cheese, rubbed curds. The mass of salt and whisk.
The resulting mass is put into a greased form and bake for 20-25 minutes at 200 ?C.
Serve the casserole with sour cream, and decorate with greens.
