Casserole with spinach and pine nuts
Ingredients:
8 pcs. potato
300 g spinach
2 onions - head
3 pcs. tomatoes
300 g mozzarella cheese
2 Garlic - cloves
1 Art. l. butter
1/2 glass sour cream
4 pcs. eggs
4 Art. l. pine nuts
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Boil potatoes, cool, peel and slice.
Onions and garlic finely chop, saut in oil, add chopped spinach, salt, pepper and season with nutmeg.
Tomatoes cut into slices, cheese - strips.
Whisk the sour cream with the eggs, salt, pepper.
In a greased form layers Lay potato, spinach and tomatoes, sprinkled with cheese and egg mixture lubricating. Sprinkle vegetables nuts and bake until done.
Serve the casserole in the form of taking out greens.
