Casserole with fish
Ingredients:
400 g grouper fillets
2 garlic cloves
2 tbsp. butter
300 g spinach
2 tbsp. lemon juice
5 PCs boiled potatoes
2 PCs eggs
100 g cheese grated
nutmeg grated to taste
ground black pepper , salt to taste
Fish cut into slices, sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Garlic finely chopped, spasseruyte in butter, add the spinach, salt and pepper, add the nutmeg.
Potatoes cut into slices.
In the form, greased with butter, put a layer of fish, spinach mixture and potatoes, season with salt and pepper. Lay on top of whipped cream mixed with eggs, sprinkle with cheese and bake until tender.
Serve the casserole, making dill.
