Casserole with smoked haddock
Ingredients:
200 g fillet of smoked haddock
4 PCs boiled potatoes
2 PCs the cucumbers
4 tbsp. green onion chopped
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 glass sour cream
2 PCs eggs
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
50 g cheese
10 g dill
seeds of cumin powder to taste
ground black pepper, salt to taste
Haddock cut into slices.
Potatoes and cucumbers cut into slices.
In the form, greased, put layers of vegetables and fish, salt and pepper, sprinkle with cumin and chopped fennel, sprinkle with lemon juice.
Sour cream mix it with eggs and mustard, drizzle over the vegetables with the fish, sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 180-200�C.
When serving, decorate with greens.
