The potato salad with smoked fish
Required products:
400 g smoked fish - fillets
100 g bacon
200 g butter
1 PCs apples
2 onion - head
5 green onions - -6 feathers
2 parsley and tarragon - beam
5 tbsp. juice
4 tbsp. vinegar 3%
3 tbsp. horseradish grated
3 tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. sugar
ground black pepper
salt
400 g boiled potatoes
Apple cut into cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Chilled potatoes, onions, fish and bacon cut into cubes.Bacon and onion, fry in vegetable mixture and 2 tablespoons butter. Pour in the vinegar and Apple juice, add sugar, salt, pepper, chill and connect with potatoes, apples and fish. Before serving, sprinkle salad with chopped green onions, parsley and tarragon.
The remaining butter whisk, mix with horseradish and serve with bread to the salad.
