Salad of smoked fish with rice and horseradish
For the recipe You will need:
350 g fish (smoked)
100 g horseradish (grated)
200 g rice (cooked)
250 g sour cream
2 tbsp. vinegar (3%)
2 tbsp. beet juice
herbs, sugar, salt - to taste
In sour cream add the horseradish, vinegar, beet juice and sugar to taste, and salt. In the dish put layers peeled from the bones and chopped fish and rice, pouring each layer of sauce. Salad garnish with the chopped herbs.
