Sweets "Snickers"
400 g peanut or other nut
300 g dry milk / cream powder
50 ml milk / cream
30 g softened butter
1 glass sugar
2 Art. l. cocoa powder
Peanuts or other nuts clean, fry in a dry frying pan.
Combine cocoa with sugar and liquid cream / milk, stir, put on fire and, stirring, bring to a boil.
After boiling the mixture immediately remove from heat, put the nuts and melted butter and mix.
Gradually, stirring, put in a lot of dry cream / milk, as a result of the mass will be pretty tight.
On a dish to put plastic wrap, roll balls of cooked weight, put them on a plate, if it is difficult to roll candy, needs a little water to moisten hands.
Before serving sweets "Snickers" cover with cling film, remove for 1-2 hours in the cold.
