Carrot jam
Ingredients:
1 kg carrot
1 kg sugar
2-3 g citric acid
vanilla sugar - to taste
Freshly picked carrots thoroughly wash, peel and finely chop. Prepared carrots fill with sugar and leave for a day, then add 2-3 tablespoons water and cook until tender. Before the end of cooking, add a pinch of citric acid and vanilla sugar.
