Jam melons crusts
Ingredients:
1 kg melon (crust)
1.2 kg sugar
2-3 g citric acid
Vanilla - to taste
Cut off the crusts from the pulp of melon or watermelon cut into cubes 1-2cm, remove seeds from watermelon. Sprinkle with sugar and pulp 2 hours put in a cool place, and then boil in sugar syrup. Cook 3 doses (up to boiling), delayed 8-10 hours. Before the last cooking add citric acid and vanillin taste.
