Stewed plums and melons
500 g melon
200 g plum
1.3 glass sugar
citric acid - to taste
4 glass water
Melon pulp cut into small pieces. Plum cut in half and remove pits from them. If the bones are separated poorly, the plums are cooked whole. Prepared plums dipped in syrup, bring it to a boil, cool, add melon pieces and pour into a la carte dishes. Melon pieces can be put directly into the ice-cream bowls.
