Stewed plums and melons
500 g melon
200 g plums
1 glass sugar
4 glass water
citric acid
Melon pulp cut into small pieces or cut the balls. Plums, cut in half, remove seeds.
Of water and sugar syrup boil, lower it sinks, bring the syrup to a boil and cool.
When submitting melon slices, place in ice-cream bowls and pour compote.
