The Apple compote with melon
40 g Apple
20 g pitted prunes
30 g melon
240 g water
20 g sugar or xylitol
Peeled apples and plums cut into slices, watermelon and melon slices.
The skin from the apples, cover with water, simmer for 10 -15 minutes, strain.
In the broth, stir in sugar, add the apples and cook them for 6-8 minutes. Then put the plums and bring the juice to a boil.
Compote remove from heat, add the melon and watermelon, cool.
