Compote in watermelon
1 PCs watermelon
2 PCs apples
100 g cherry
100 g raspberry
120 g strawberry
1 glass sugar
3 tbsp. white wine
1 g citric acid
The apples, remove the core and cut into slices. Put into boiling mixture of water and sugar, acidified with citric acid. Immediately remove from heat and leave the syrup to cool.
Raspberries, cherries, strawberries loop. The watermelon cut the top part approximately 1/4, carefully remove with a spoon the pulp, remove the seeds and cut into cubes. Slices of watermelon, apples and berries put into the cooled syrup. Serve watermelon.
